Marcelle Boisjoli

Community Arts Representative (Western)

Marcelle Boisjoli is a French-Canadian artist and educator originally from Alberta who has made Newfoundland’s west coast her home. Holding both a Bachelor and Master of Music in Voice Performance from McGill University, she has performed across Canada in opera, musical theatre, folk, rock, and country genres, with a special fondness for la Chanson Française.

As a dedicated teaching artist, Marcelle has operated a private voice studio for over fifteen years, most recently opening a studio in downtown Corner Brook. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that the arts should be accessible to everyone and that creativity thrives at every stage of life.

Marcelle is passionate about the power of music to enrich lives, foster connection, and strengthen communities, and she brings this commitment to her work with the Arts & Aging Network Newfoundland.
