Cyril is an accomplished business leader with over 20 years of experience in operations within highly regulated national organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA, as well as the Facilities Management Professional designation.

Karen Dwyer has a BSc and MSc from Memorial University and is a biologist with Fisheries and Oceans Canada. She has been a public servant for over 20 years,

Nicole brings to us her 20+ years of financial and strategic leadership as a Chartered Professional Accountant. She is a proud Newfoundlander who has worked in both Toronto and Ireland before returning home to Newfoundland.
