PRESENTATION

Understanding Aging and Dementia: An Introductory Guide for Young Minds

This engaging, arts-based session is tailored to be age-appropriate and provides a foundational overview of the aging process and the challenges of dementia. Through interactive discussions and relatable examples, students will explore how aging impacts us all differently and learn how to support those affected by dementia.

 

This presentation represents a glimpse into Arts and Aging’s broader mission to educate and inspire young minds about aging, highlighting the vital role the arts play in fostering empathy and care.
